Returns

Due to the handmade and personal nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Exchanges

If there is an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, size, or a damaged product — please contact me within 3 days of delivery. I will gladly exchange the item or provide a solution that works for you.

Order Issues / Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the product and packaging within 72 hours of delivery. I will replace the item at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, the order begins processing and cannot be canceled.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a mistake on my end.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non‑refundable. If an exchange is approved, I will cover the cost of sending the replacement item.
